Cole Inc. In addition to offering consulting and marketing services nationwide, Cole Inc. is a licensed Tennessee Real Estate Firm and Auction Firm selling real and personal property, including commercial real estate and FF&E.
The licenses are managed by Principal Broker and Auctioneer, David L. Cole, who also sells real estate, personal property, and FF&E in the states of NC, SC, and VA as a licensed sole proprietor / individual Real Estate Broker and Auctioneer.
David L. Cole has been a professional real estate broker since 1978, a professional auctioneer since 1987, and has earned the most highly respected designations in the auction and real estate industries.
